The Ramor550 steel plates are a great and affordable replacement for ceramic composite ballistic plates.
The specially designed and hardened steel will prevent any buckling and penetration up to specified calibers (see ballistic specifications below), while the coating will make sure that there is no spall or ricochet.
They come anatomically cut as well as curved for a better fit. A bit heavier than your standard plate, they will offer the same protection for half the price!
